No post on any part of My Light Here is to be used as evidence in any legal proceedings or disputes, or passed onto any other person as proof of a person’s passing or death
My Light Here reserves the right to take down any posts it deems harmful, inappropriate, or inconducive to a positive community experience. My Light Here reserves the right to deactivate Users and does not need to give any warning prior to deactivation of Users or deletion of posts. My Light Here reserves the right to contact law enforcement about any Users should they deem it necessary at any time and share data of that User to protect the community’s safety.
My Light Here makes no guarantees that the site will always be safe, secure, or error—free, or that it will function without disruptions, delays, or imperfections.
